So many users have been attacked by Name Not Available:
I realised that it was playing random sounds/songs like someone switching channels on a radio intermittently. The sound was coming from "Name Not Available" in the volume mixer. There were no sound sources or video open in any windows at that moment. The sound was definitely coming from an online source as it stopped once I turned off my wireless internet. It has stopped for now, but I'm pretty sure it's going to come back.
So, when I start up my computer, everything is fine...Until I open the internet that is. After a minute or two a random channel appears in my volume mixer with the title "name not available." It plays odd things from something like a generic radio show to t.v. shows and I have no idea what is causing it.
