PopDeals appears an extension but refuses to remove.
"Hi Everyone, I ran into an issue with a user who has an extension that continues to execute everythime you bring up google chrome. When you go to settings > Extensions. It is not there. BUT, if you go to more tools > task manager. It appears as a running process called Extension: PopDeals. Anybody have any clues? I can't remove it. Thanks in Advance."
