Help Removing Ads by CompareItApplication - What to Do to Erase Annoying Ads and Pop-ups?

"Somehow i recently keep getting these ads by compareItApplication and i thought it would show up in extension so i can delete it but it's not there. I also tried to look in my programs and features from my control panel but it's not there either? Please help i can't take these stupid ads anymore."
