Victim: This alert appeared on my laptop whilst on the internet telling me to contact Microsoft technicians immediately because suspicious activity had been detected and my browser may have been hijacked or hacked. It has given me numbers to contact to “unblock” my computer but I have googled these numbers and they don’t seem to be legitimate Microsoft numbers. I am now unable to access anything on my laptop as it has froze.
