Guide to Stop Ads by Saleplus - Remove SalaePPlius Extension From the Browser

Hi everyone. Today I am using Google Chrome.When I click links in the websites,it always shows some pop-up advertisements. On the up left corner, there is a 'Ads by SalePlus' stuff. I got into the Chrome extension page and I saw an unknown extension called SalaePPlius.I deleted it instantly but when I restart Chrome,that extension appear again. 

Information of SalaePPlius

SalaePPlius is an ad-supported browser extension which can be classified as adware. This adware can slip into the computer along with suspicious downloads from the Internet. It often comes as bundled to certain freeware. It could be software update, multimedia players, download tool, or utilities to speed up the Internet. When you install the application and don't pay attention to the installation process, you may have this adware program installed on the computer by default. Once gets into the computer, SalaePPlius will compromise your browser and modify browser setting.


SalaePPlius  will attach on the browser as a browser helper object. When you surf the Internet, SalaePPlius is capable to generate a lot of pop-up ads by Saleplus to show on the webpage you are visiting. The tricky ads by Saleplus may redirect you to hacked site which can steal your personal information or drop down malicious programs. SalaePPlius may connect to the Internet to request data and download files. This adware will also track your browsing habits and steal your personal information.It is suggested to remove SalaePPlius from the computer as soon as possible to avoid further damage. It is better to scan your computer with a powerful antivirus program like Spyhunter to check out the problem and remove viruses.  

Guide to remove SalaePPlius 

Method 1: Manual removal

Step 1: Stop related running processes in Windows Task Manager first.

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL or CTRL+SHIFT+ESC or Press the Start button->click on the Run option->Type in taskmgr and press OK.

 

Step 2: Remove any infection related program from Control Panel.

Windows Vista and Windows 7

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Click Control Panel and click Uninstall a program.
3. Remove the related programs.


Windows XP

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Click Control Panel and then click Add or Remove Programs.
3. Uninstall related programs.


Windows 8

1. Press Win+R.
2. Type in control panel and click OK.
3. Select Uninstall a program.
4. Remove the related programs.

Step 3: Remove SalaePPlius extension or add-ons from your browsers.

Step 4: Show all hidden files and clean all the malicious files.

(1).Click the Start button and choose Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, to find Folder Options then double-click on it.
(2).In the pop-up dialog box, click the View tab and uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).

 

Step 5: Go to the Registry Editor, remove all SalaePPlius registry entries listed here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\MpCmdRun.exe

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\MpUXSrv.exe

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\MSASCui.exe

Method  2:  Remove with SpyHunter
